OMG!

Yea, I did just OMG!! No, no, no better yet, OMFG! I don't usually use OMG, but fuck me if this isn't a good time to start!

I bet you're wondering what my damage is.....want me to tell you?

I think you should beg.

G'head...make it good........

Kidding kidding!

OK, this is whats got me OMG'ing....I think that this may actually happen as planned!! And so, OMG!

I really didn't think it was going to for a multitude of reasons that frankly I don't wanna get into right now, as I am going to ride the fuck out of this high that I am currently on. I'm gonna ride it like I was being paid to ride it! Yee-haw!
But, it is...I think going to happen! One of the reasons I didn't think it was going to go down (heh, no pun intended!) was because of insurance....well...holy Christ on toast, it turns out that I have pretty decent insurance! The only thing we are waiting on is a PA. Wooo! Fortunately I deal with PA's on a daily basis so I got the ball rolling earlier than planned so that there would be time for it to come through with out fucking things up. I'm such a good little pharmacy tech. Bow down before me! You don't really have to. I'm just feeling like a weight has been lifted from me, and damn if it doesn't make me feel spicy!

Turns out that after the PA comes through on Monday or Tuesday....my $1,500.00 box O'drugs is only going to cost us a small co-pay!
I almost cried on the phone with the insurance company when she told me that!

**on a completely different note, I just wanted to share that someone found my blog by searching for "Gigantic bottom" Hahahaha! Nice!**

Don't make me get political!

But that is great news, I'm happy for you.

I'm gonna have to list some of the searches that hit me...

PJ- Aww, thats sucks that they only covered the testing, fat lotta good it does without paying for anything else.

Murgdan- Thanks! I'm starting to get excited.

X-Political? About what?

Medical Insurance, it's a real pet peeve with me.

No one should be denied care because the don't have enough money. No one.

Oh my god Love, I couldnt agree more!

I really laugh when I hear all the chat around the election coming up, and they talk about 'socialised medicine' like it's something dirty.

It might not be the most efficient thing in the world, but at least it means people don't have to choose between having a broken bone put in a cast or feeding their family for a month.

(I warned ya!)

No, seriously! I agree! I go on rants about this alllll the time.

I'm so happy for you. YAY! Shoot up like there is no tomorrow girl!

But being "political", I would say that if we had socialized medicine, I would still not be pregnant. I was able to have an HSG after 1 year of trying at no cost to me. So THANK GOD we don't have socialized medicine....yet. And if my great insurance gets wacked because of socialized medicine, I will be unhappy.
That said though, X, I'm glad you're happy with your medical system. Otherwise, you'd go crazy right?

Brilliant news. Going to stay well clear of the politics, but still searching for more information about gigantic bottoms, the quest continues...

Ooooh cheeky Pixiepink21!

If I had the option of taking a bag of cash and getting our problems sorted quicker I would have done it, no doubt about that.

There's no point in me being hypocritical.

BUT...my beef is for those who can't get treatment on the grounds they can't afford it.

What is wrong with having a system in place that gives quality care to everyone? who is more worthy than someone else?

By all means allow anyone who wants to go into private practice to do so, leaving alternative choices for those who have the money to spend, but the fundamental healthcare system should be in place, to do just that, provide healthcare.

Now, please stop making me sound like Bono.
