Tomorrows the day. I did call my clinic, just to verify that a CD12 Saline sonogram was OK, and apparently it is. Ooookay. I guess they know what they are doing.
I've debated canceling this appointment a million times. I just dont want to do it. Any of it. I am so over all of this crap.
So many people say to me when they hear about all of this "but..there isnt anything wrong with YOU! Why do you have to go through all of this?!" My response... "I'm just lucky, I guess. Women get all the fun, regardless." And its true isnt it? We do get all the fun! Really.
Daily injections...
A body FULL of extra hormones...
Dildo cams...
hordes of people seeing our lady bits...
hot flashes...
needles...
Sore boobs...
mixing medications...
pio shots...
HSG's...
Saline sonograms...
missing work to go to the RE's office...
Nausea...
Retrievals...
Swollen and painful ovaries...
About a billion blood draws...
OHSS...
Transfers...
bruised bellies...
Mood swings...
Answering stupid questions form stupid people...
ALL the fun side effects of the above mentioned extra hormones...
trying to explain to our bosses WHY we need certain days off...
The anxiety of all those things I just mentioned...
And dont forget child birth!
Yea, gooooooooood times.

Good luck tomorrow, I hope it goes well! I just had mine a couple of weeks ago. It was not pleasant, but I did it, and I'm glad it's over.
