A bit late.

Mothers day has come and gone, and I am just now posting this. Oh well.

My son, is probably the sweetest most thoughtful 8 year old I have ever met. Really and truly.

This is my gift from him. He went and picked out the beads and made me one of the prettiest necklaces I have ever owned. Not bad huh? He took time to pick out beads that I would like, not beads that he liked or he thought I should wear. He had me in mind. And then he lovingly wrapped it up in tissue paper and placed it in a tiny little box that he kept hidden in his bedroom.
The look on his face was enough to melt this cold, cold heart of mine when he gave it to me. Goddess I love that child. I love him so much it takes my breath away. He was so proud of his creation. And his eyes lit up when I opened it and he could see how much I loved it.

My husband got me a white bathrobe. He didn't like my old one. I did. And he cooked me a yummy dinner. Which is always nice,

That little monkey has a heart of pure gold. The necklace is beautiful, which is no wonder because it came from his heart. Such a good job! You are a lucky momma!!

Wow! He did an awesome job on the necklace :) How incredibly thoughtful!!

Megs- He really is an extremely thoughtful kid. He doesnt do the typical " I, Me, My" thing that 8 year olds tend to do.

It's a shame for child labor laws, since the kid really has some talent!
