Quick fast update:

Monkey has H1N1. Today is day..uh...day 5. He seems to be doing much better. Although I cant seem to get his temp to go away completely. Its been gone for the day so far, and if it stays gone through the night, he can go back to school. My mother also has it. I think I was a carrier, and brought it home to my poor son. I apparently have an amazing immune system.

I'm still not smoking! I've had a few since I "quit". But I haven't bought a pack and its nothing even remotely consistent. And I haven't killed my husband yet!! Its been close quite a few times, but I do believe he may make it to see his next birthday.

Still not pregnant. And to be honest, I'm terrified to really try this month with Hog Fever running through the house. So this month is a bust. Boooo. Every fuckin person I see is pregnant. Or just had a baby. *sigh*

Well, thats about it. Nothing much to report.

Poor Monkey! :( I hope he's better soon. I'm glad you haven't gotten it yet though. And WAY TO GO on the not smoking!!! Very proud of you.

Yay for having an amazing immune system, because I'm sure if you BOTH were sick, it wouldn't be pretty. Glad he's feelin' better.

And yay for quitting! I did that years ago and I know it's hard.

Two of my coworkers are pregnant and having a shower on Thursday. I have a doctor's appointment, so that worked out well, because I still have a hard time just being around pregnant people, much less celebrating! Kinda selfish, I know...

My hubby and I both just got over the H1N1...we still proceeded with IUI this month for a BFN so it's probably a good idea to save your money. No idea if they are associated but what a waste. Hope your Monkey feels better soon!!!

Lea- Yea, I think he is on the mend. Tomorrow is his last day on the tamiflu, so hopefully his temp will go away and stay away!

PJ- Ohmygoodgoddess, if I was sick, all hell would break loose. Mommy doesnt get to be sick. It just doesnt happen. And goddess forbid, I actually DO get sick. I still have to function and be mommy and wifey. Not that I mind either roll, dont get me wrong. And ps...YOU ARE SO NOT SELFISH!!!

KOT- I still havent figured out how to find time for fertility treatments yet...so my version of "trying" means having sex, which we all know does not actually get you pregnant.

Hope the monkey is back on his feet again soon. And well done on staying off the smokes!

Good luck with the not smoking. You'll be so glad you did.

Surely if you've escaped H1N1 so far, especially whilst caring for the monkey and working in a pharmacy you're immune?

Jane- Today was his first day back to school. Just a residual cough, and he is a bit worn out.

HIF- Yea, I sneak a smoke every once in a while, but I feel icky afterward. I'm glad I quit. Even if I didnt quit 100%. 98% is good for now.

WFI- Lady, I hope you're right. I do inhale a lot of tamiflu while I'm compounding it. Maybe thats helped. lol.

I wish Monkey a speedy recovery and that you stay the status you.. just the carrier.
Apologies for sending you 'round the houses' with my blog change. It wasn't an easy decision. It's locked right now but will be up and ready to stalk in the next few days.

I relate to the "enjoying smoking". Been attempting to quit for almost an entire year. Its not working out so well for me. Your blog is great by the way.

I hope Monkey is fully recovered by now. Congratulations on quitting smoking! I wish my husband would. But I think a person has to be ready to do it and he just isn't yet. Sorry to hear you haven't gotten pregnant yet. It's not fair at all.
